Q: How to check in? 如何入住?
A: Please come to our reception, and use the wall phone to us. After that, our staff will help you to get in the room.

Q: Is it ok to early check in? 可否提早入住?
A: Our Check-in time is from 2pm until 11pm daily. For all early arriver, we will only provide left luggage service. If customers request to enter in their room(s) before 2pm, additional fees will be incurred. (Also subject to room availability.)
We can't provide any accommodation before 2 pm if the room you booked was occupied by other guests on the previous night.If you really want to make sure that you can get in your room when you arrive early, we highly recommend you also book the same room type for the night before your check-in date.
Moreover, our office hours is from 9am to 11pm daily, so no service will be provided before 9am.
賓館的入住時間為下午2時正至晚上11時正。提早到達的客人,賓館只會提供行李寄存服務。如客人強制要求提早入住,本店將會收取附加費用。 (還要視乎實際空房情況)
如你預訂的房間在你入住前一晚有其他客人入住的話,我們並不能在下午2時前給閣下入住,如你必須在你提早到達的時候就入住,本店建議閣下同時預訂 入住前一晚同一個房型的房間。

Q: late check in? 很晚入住?
A: We will wait for all customers after they made reservation. 預訂了的客人,我們都會等他們。
Q: Need deposit? 需要付按金?
A: Basically, no need. 基本上,不用。
Q: Provide private bathroom and toilet? 提供獨立洗手間?
A: Yes. 是。
Q: Provide adaptor? 提供轉換?
A: We provide one adaptor or universal outlet, but we still recommend travelers to bring their own adaptor or extension cord. 我們提供一個轉換 或 萬用插座,但我們仍建議旅客自備轉換 或 排插
Q: Provide refrigerator? 提供雪櫃?

A: No, we will provide the bed type that you booked. Our room size is limited, so no space to add extra bed.

Q: Request to refund or change date? 要求退款 或 改期?
A: All booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Q: Can pay upon arrival (for booking.com customer only)? 可否到達才付錢 (Booking.com 的客人專屬問題)?
A: Please note that different hotels have differing policies on booking.com. Our policy on booking.com is that the guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime. if we charged you, we will send you an email.

Q: How to go to Tai Wah reception? 如何到大華接待處?
A:
At the Hong Kong Airport, you may take A21 or N21 airport bus to our hostel from Airport Ground Transportation Centre and the stop to get off at is stop "Cameron Road, Nathan Road."
Then walk straight forward for about 2-4 minutes, Mirador Mansion will be on your left hand side.
When you reach Mirador Mansion, please use the lift to go to 8/F, and look for Unit A8. (If you can't find Unit A8, please see the floor plan which is posted next to every lift)
閣下由機場過來可乘坐A21 或 N21 機場巴士, 到尖沙咀金馬倫道下車.再往前行約2-3分鐘,就看到美麗都大廈的正門在你的左手邊。 從正門入,右手邊會有升降機,請使用雙數列的升降機到8字樓(8/F). 到了8/F, 然後就找A8單位,如找不到可看升降機旁邊的小平面圖.

Q: How to check out? 如何退房?
A:
The latest check-out time: 11AM.
The room key will be invalid after the latest check out time.
A late checkout will incur additional charges.
The 3-Step Checkout Process:
1. Please place the room key on your bed.
2. Please close your room door.
3. Please call us when leave the guesthouse
(If you will leave before our office hour (9am), please call us no later than 11pm at the night before your leaving day ). *If you forget to call us, then just send us an email to notify us. No need to call us before 9am on your leaving day.

Q: How to store luggage after check out? 如何退房後行李寄存?
A:
Our luggage storage policy on check out date:
We allow our customers to store their luggage up to 6pm on their leaving day for free. After 6pm, we will charge for HKD$100. If customers want to store their luggage overnight, the price is subject to negotiation.
- Valuable goods or important documents are not recommended for storage. Luggage Storage services will not be liable for the loss of any goods or documents.
-Payment terms: Cash only.
Occupying the room is not luggage storage. If you need this service, please notify us.
If customer will not only check out earlier than 9 am, but also need the luggage storage, please pack your luggage. Place your room card on the bed and put your luggage inside your room. Then email us. Our staff will move your luggage to the luggage storage area when our office hours start. Likewise, pick up before 6pm, free. After 6pm, we will charge for HKD$100.
我們於退房當日的行李寄存服務政策如下:
-客人如在退房日當日下午6時前回來取行李,費用全免。下午6時後,本店將收取港幣$100。如需行李寄存過夜,價錢另議。
-我們不建議客人們寄存貴重物品及重要文件。如有遺失,本店不會負責。
-此服務只接受現金收費。
佔用房間的行為不等同行李寄存服務, 如有需要用此服務請通知我們.
如退房日客人早過早上9 時退房, 又需要行李寄存服務, 請把行李收拾好, 將房卡放在床上及將行李都放在房間內. 並發電郵通知我們.
本店的人員會在辨公時間開始 將客人的行李放到行李寄存位置. 同樣地, 下午6時前回來取行李,費用全免。下午6時後,本店將收取港幣$100。
